There's no such thing as a stupid question
What is a Fugu?
It’s that fish with little spines that puffs itself up when it’s scared. In Japan, preparing it is an art form: much like brewing a good beer. We came across a documentary about fugu during our first brew and decided to make it our emblem.
Why using cans?
There are many reasons for this:
- It helps the beer stay fresh longer because hops hate light
- It’s lightweight and takes up less space in a truck
- We think it looks great, and our illustrator gets to have a blast designing awesome labels!
Where are your beers brewed?
All our recipes are crafted in our Lab in Brussels. We then partner with Brouwerij Anders, a brewery located in Limburg, to brew them on a large scale. But we hope to have our own brewing facilities as soon as possible. We promise, you’ll be able to come visit.
Can I let them age?
NOOOOOO, absolutely not! Remember that a hoppy beer will never get better with age. The sooner you drink it, the better. Keeping it in the fridge is also super important.
